GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK

Parenting Tips for Coping with Secondary InfertilityAccept this is a challenging time and that emotional resources are both limited and divided between the existing child and the fertility demands. Plan your life to reflect your boundaries and remove pressure where it isn’t warranted. Relax on “the schedule” and offer plenty of room to modify, change, add or cancel plans. Recognize that you can’t be all things to all people, and that supportive and unconditional systems and relationships will always be there for you, no matter what.
